Denise Maurer, master gardener with the Cornell Cooperative Extension of Rensselaer County and owner/designer of Denise Maurer Interiors, will be presenting. Her talk will be “Landscaping with Edible Plants and Fruits.” Edible landscaping integrates food plants within an ornamental or decorative garden setting. Using edibles in landscape design can enhance a garden by providing a unique ornamental component with additional health, aesthetic, and economic benefits.
