  growing vegetables\, from selecting varieties and planting seeds and tr
 ansplants\, to growing and harvesting (class also meets on 2/23\, 3/1\, 
 3/8\, 3/15). We will look at how to protect your garden from pests both 
 big and tiny and cover techniques such as growing beds\, mulching\, wate
 ring\, crop rotation and garden design. This information will help exper
